Timothy Nicholas Jr. was arrested on preliminary felony charges of resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, driving a vehicle after being deemed a habitual traffic violator, operating a vehicle while intoxicated after having a previous conviction with five years, and possession of marijuana with a prior conviction. He also faces two preliminary misdemeanor charges for resisting law enforcement and reckless driving.
