In May 2009, Kyle found her naked in his bed and she told him his friend, Michael Pineda, had raped her. Antonacci became a key witness against Pineda. Later, he began to doubt her claims of rape. Antonacci became an NCIS informant and recorded phone conversations with the woman in his efforts to clear Pineda.
